About Us

I’m Priscilla, a Canadian illustrator, calligrapher, and the founder of Spiffy Paper Co., currently living and working in sunny Singapore.

My fascination with handwriting started early—inspired by a French teacher who learned cursive by copying typography off chocolate boxes. But it was during the quiet stillness of morning pages, daily journalling, and watercolour sketching that I rediscovered something essential: while the world is automating everything, there is an irreplaceable, grounding magic in putting pen to paper.

Before founding Spiffy Paper Co., I spent over a decade in corporate retail management working behind the scenes of global brands across books, fashion, and toys. As a self-taught artist and designer, bridging my corporate background with a love for traditional art allows me to approach every piece with thoughtful structure, meticulous attention to detail, and genuine creative intention.

Today, my studio is dedicated to helping people slow down and find joy in the analogue. Through my digital workbooks and modern cursive guides, I share practical tools that encourage beginners and stationery lovers to let go of perfectionism, build confidence, and discover their own signature writing flow.

Alongside original paper goods and studio releases, I also take on a very limited number of bespoke stationery and private illustration commissions each year for select clients and special celebrations.
